Regional Maintenance Surveyor

I am looking for a Maintenance Surveyor in Lincolnshire to join a leading social housing provider on a permanent basis. The Maintenance Surveyor will be responsible for delivering the in-house repairs service and ensuring that surveys, inspections and installations are delivered on time.

Maintenance Surveyor duties:

• Delivery of surveying service across Lincolnshire including advice, specifications, work orders and repairs
• Provide surveying services to both occupied and void properties
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants
• Work on both domestic and non-domestic properties including estates

What is required for the Maintenance Surveyor:

• Experience working within social housing
• Surveying experience
• Ability to work on sites in Lincolnshire including Grimsby and Boston
• Experience in tenanted properties
