Key Responsibilities: Innovate & Lead: Oversee all aspects of product development and client experience, ensuring profitability and market alignment across various sales channels. Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze product and client data to uncover insights, address anomalies, and refine product experiences with precision. Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor competitor offerings and international market trends to shape cutting-edge, competitive solutions. Hands-On Analysis: Conduct experience investigations, modeling, and data analysis to design, price, and monitor product performance. Performance Insights: Produce comprehensive product health reports, presenting profitability insights to guide strategic decision-making. Expert Advisory: Provide high-level technical and actuarial guidance to clients and stakeholders. Collaborative Leadership: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams IT, sales, legal, servicing, and more to deliver seamless product execution. What Were Looking For: Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, with full Actuary qualifications (FASSA, FIA, or equivalent). Expertise: Advanced skills in actuarial modeling, product pricing, and statistical analysis. Experience: 3 to 5 years in a product ownership or management role.
