Qualifications & Experience: CA(SA) 6 7 years of finance experience in an FMCG company 4 5 years' experience in a supply chain finance / Plant Controller / Manufacturing Finance Controller role Management experience Operationally and strategically strong SAP (non-negotiable) ERP system implementation / innovation Job Description: Cost optimisation Bill of materials and inventory management Variance analysis Financial statements Management accounts Month end closing and reporting System enhancements Apply an entrepreneurial mindset Agility to manage entities across 3 different African countries Govern internal inventory management Liaise with stakeholders across different departments in the plant Manage and mentor a finance team Report directly into the CFO If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
