Credit Controller

Theyre looking for a passionate Credit Controller to bring fresh energy to the team As the Credit Controller you will be responsible for the below: Collect outstanding debts by contacting debtors via phone and, when necessary, sending demand letters. Address client billing and utilities queries promptly. Administer a portfolio of receivable accounts. Reconcile debtor accounts regularly. Ensure timely issuance of credit notes. Allocate unallocated payments to debtor accounts upon receipt. Prepare monthly reports on overdue accounts and payment queries. Submit monthly arrears and legal reports. Collaborate with attorneys, when required, to recover outstanding debts. Provide backup support as a Credit Controller for other business units when a colleague is absent due to illness or leave. Job Experience and Skills Required: Completed BCom Honours in Accounting and related field. 5 years experience in a similar role in finance. Property industry experience will be an advantage.
