Cost Accountant/Plant Controller

CA(SA) - Pharmaceutical Industry Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, analysis, and month-end reporting to ensure our organizations financial health. Strategically manage the activities of the financial department, focusing on key deliverables such as costing and income statements. Develop and manage budget forecasts to optimize resource allocation and drive strategic initiatives. Collaborate closely with auditors to ensure strict compliance, transparency, and adherence to industry standards. Leverage your experience with the Oracle system to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency. Utilize advanced financial modelling and conduct thorough risk assessments to support sound business decisions. Qualifications & Experience: CA(SA). A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry. Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving results. Hands-on experience with Oracle systems is essential.
