Job Description
Are you an experienced financial professional with a strong background in Accounts Receivable and Payable? Our client within the logistics industry is seeking a skilled Financial Manager to lead their shared services team based in the Southern suburbs of the Western Cape. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, and driving efficiency within the shared services function. If you are ready to leverage your expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply Duties: Supervise the AR function, including invoice generation, collections, and reconciliation. Oversee the AP function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations. Prepare and review financial reports related to AR and AP, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with IFRS. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
