Our firm requires the services of a qualified junior Conveyacning Attorney. Our offices are situated in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town with an active presence at the Cape Town Deeds Office . Deeds Office experience is a bonus; Must have own transportation; Must be fully bi-lingual; Must have an understanding of the Deeds Office Procedures; Must take initiative; Be willing to see clients for signing of documents every day; Drafting of OTP's, addendums and the like; Travel to and from Deeds Office every (other) day; Have a friendly personality; Notary Public qualification would be a cherry on the top;
