Accountant

A Financial Services company in South Africa is expanding their finance team in Rosebank. They are seeking a self-starter and go-getter to take control of the accounting function. Duties: Processing accounting transactions Preparation of monthly management reports for stakeholders Presentation of management accounts and related reports to the stakeholders Balance sheet reconciliations and Income and Expenditure analysis VAT submissions (EMP201, VATSAs etc.) Creditors reconciliations Maintaining GL accounts correct descriptions and wording etc. Maintaining Fixed Asset Registers (additions, disposals, wear and tear registers) Raising invoices for inter-company transactions Preparation of Income Tax and related calculations for relevant companies Qualifications & Skills: BCom in Accounting CIMA / SAIPA is an advantage 4 6 years experience as an Accountant If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
