Based: Whiteriver, Mpumalanga The successful candidate will mainly be responsible for the following: Duties: Financial management. Cash flow management. Financial analysis and reporting. Statutory compliance and reporting. Business financial performance management. Human capital management and development. The successful individual will require strong leadership and management skills to lead his/her team with knowledge, self-confidence, passion, and drive. The ideal candidate should be detail-orientated and conscientious. Should have a strong sense of responsibility, have an entrepreneurial sense, be tough minded, resilient, and adaptable. Systems thinking is crucial for this position; critical thinking and analytical skills are also non-negotiable.
