Job Description
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on all aspects of the firm’s operations.
- Draft and review in-house legal documents, including contracts, standard terms and conditions, and forms for both internal and external use, as well as publications and marketing materials.
- Negotiate and review customer contracts and business terms to secure optimal agreements with third-party intermediaries or clients.
- Provide legal advice and support on new and proposed projects, and assist in developing new financial products for clients.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the legal team to ensure high performance and professional development
