Operational Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Operational Risk Management (ORM) framework, encompassing policies, procedures, and relevant templates.
• Conduct comprehensive trainings to enhance awareness and capability in Operational Risk Management.
• Provide expert advice on frameworks, issue and incident lifecycle management, and risk acceptance.
• Drive the annual Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process, engaging with stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of controls.
• Maintain the third-party register and oversee due diligence requirements for outsourcing arrangements.
• Execute the annual Business Continuity Management (BCM) process, including Business Impact Analysis, Crisis Management Plans, and testing protocols.
• Collaborate closely with Technology teams on Disaster Recovery Plans and Tests.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Operational Risk Management or Audit, preferably within the financial industry.
• Proficiency in operational risk regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Professional certifications such as Risk Management or Business Continuity Certifications are advantageous.
• Proficient in Mandarin is advantageous
