Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• A subject matter expert on MAS regulations and policies.
• Advise management and employees on compliance matters and keep informed about regulatory developments.
• Review, draft licensing applications, regulatory filings/notifications, manuals, and policies/procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in asset management or relevant fields.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and attention to detail.
