Distribution Risk and Compliance, Manager/SM

• Be the go-to expert on rules and guidelines relevant to the division, including the Financial Advisers Act, Insurance Act, and internal company policies, especially those tied to operational and financial risks.
• Ensure the division’s processes and governance are aligned with both external regulations and internal rules.
• Oversee follow-up actions from audits and inspections, ensuring they are completed on time.
• Identify and implement improvements in governance, risk, and compliance within the division.
• Take responsibility for recognizing business and regulatory risks and taking steps to reduce them.
• Stay updated on industry trends in compliance, risks, and emerging technologies to protect the company.
• Proactively flag potential risks and share best practices for risk management.

Our requirements:

• Degree
• At least 10 years’ experience in risk management and compliance, preferably within the insurance industry or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and distribution models.
• Experience in managing relationships with regulatory bodies and external partners.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
