Senior Executive/ Manager, Strategy, Corporate Office, Global Banking

Responsibilities :-

Strategy development and business planning

• Conceptualize, plan and manage and execute strategic projects
• Business strategy development for GB SG

Project management and business transformation

• Track and lead projects / initiatives with key stakeholders to deliver intended results
• Proactive in anticipating and resolving issues to ensure tasks are executed in a timely manner

Management reports and data analytics

• Deliver insights on market competition / regulatory landscape and key trends
• Compile thoughtful post-mortem analyses to determine areas for optimization and develop action plans for improvement
• Preparation of management reports for management and board meetings

Communication, engagements and process improvements

• Plan Global Banking event calendar as well as organise townhalls, team building and offsite meetings
• Identify and support the implementation of continuous improvements in processes / systems / policies

Requirements :

• A good Degree with at 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience in strategy and transformation, demonstrated project management experience in financial institutions
• Excellent data analytics skills with hands-on experience in statistical tools
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, able to produce impactful Powerpoint presentation decks
• Good organising, follow-up skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholders’ management skills
