Training Support - Temporary position for Elections

Job Description
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Pay Rate: $18.36 per hour with weekly pay
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., hours and days will be extended as needed
- Location: SE Albuquerque – Gibson and Broadway
Job Duties:
- Conduct Training
- Help prepare training materials
- Scheduling
- Canvass
- VCC set up
Qualifications:
- Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
- Must have previous training experience.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, or related roles is required. This may include experience as a recruiter, HR assistant, or administrative assistant.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple job openings, candidates, and hiring processes simultaneously.
- Attention to detail for accurately recording candidate information, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Proactive identification of potential issues in the hiring process and implementation of solutions.
- Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines and keep the hiring process moving smoothly.
- Prioritization skills to focus on critical tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborative attitude to work effectively with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and other team members.
- Ability to contribute positively to a team environment and support colleagues as needed.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic recruitment environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed, especially during peak hiring periods.
- Responsiveness and attentiveness to candidate inquiries and concerns.
