ABOUT THE COMPANY                                                        

San Diego-County based food & beverage client is seeking a full-time, Accounting Manager to provide hands-on and supervisory accounting support for the company.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

·    Provide support in managing the accounting operations of the company

·    Inventory tracking and other inventory control responsibilities

·    Develop and analyze cost standards and recommend changes to reduce costs and maximize profits as needed

·    Cash management

·    Accurately perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end processes as needed

·    Prepare journal entries and review department reports

·    Other duties as needed

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
 

·    5+ years of experience in accounting/finance or related field

·    3+ years of experience in management

·    Bachelor’s Degree required

·    Active CPA preferred

·    Prior experience in food & beverage industry required

·    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
