Qualifications:
- 10+ years of business development experience
- High School Diploma or greater
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to build a new division from the ground up
- Relationship building with new and existing customers
- Desire to be in the field as well as the office
- Ability to grow a staff of skilled technicians
- Must have strong skillset of forecasting, team building and mentoring
- Strong understanding of Plumbing functions
- Excellent work ethic is a must!
- Strong analytical and logic skills
- Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
