Your next role as our Customer Service Representative:

The purpose of this role is to provide administration assistance to our customer service and operations team; the position could be part-time, shared or full-time.


Working in an environment where you will need to demonstrate the ability to multi-task a busy and varied workload and work under pressure to achieve objectives and meet targets.


Full training is given from day one, along with ongoing support throughout your journey.


What you’ll do every day as our new Customer Service Representative:

  • Building and managing relationships effectively with customers, colleagues and external suppliers.
  • Answering phones and being the main point of customer contact initially.
  • Updating our CRM database (we’ll show you how!).
  • Dealing with and resolving inbound enquiries by email and phone, using exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Support colleagues across the business, ensuring the correct advice is given to customers for the first time.
  • Liaising with colleagues and senior management team to proactively resolve queries.
  • Operate within company policies to ensure tasks are fully accountable.
  • Effectively contributing to team discussions and department meetings and demonstrating support and understanding of change in the company.


You’ll have the following experience, skills and personal qualities to excel in this role:

  • An excellent telephone manner and clear English.
  • Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all business activities.
  • At least one year’s experience of working in customer service.
  • Ability to listen to the customer to understand their needs.
  • Microsoft Office Package, CRM knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong administration, preparation, planning and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrate a professional, positive and flexible approach at all times.
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal skills, well-developed analytical thinking skills and numerate.
  • Fluent in the English language.
  • Easy ability to get to our office in Windsor.
  • Looking for a full-time or part-time role.

General

This role has been identified as public-facing in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016, and therefore, the ability to fulfill all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in English will be required. Conversing at ease with members of the public, providing advice, and using any specialist terminology appropriate to the role is essential for the post.


Person Specification

Experience:

  • Customer service
  • Administration Experience


Qualifications:

  • GCSEs including English and Maths, or equivalent
  • Good standard of written and spoken English


Skills, knowledge, and aptitudes

  • Ability to learn and use CRM & Invoicing Systems
  • Able to work accurately
  • Able to handle difficult situations and cope with pressure
  • Able to effectively prioritize and manage own work time


Personal qualities and social skills

  • Demonstrate ability and commitment to customer care.
  • Adaptable to the various duties of the post.
  • Ability to work on initiative as an individual or team member.
  • Contribute to the development of good working relationships within the team.


Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Working week: full-time or part-time, Monday to Friday
