Interim Senior Collections Officer (Hybrid)

6 Months / £150 per day (Umbrella)

We are recruiting an experienced Interim Senior Collections Officer for our client who specialise within Financial Services / Mortgage Lending. The successful candidate will be responsible for confidentially negotiating mortgage payment arrangements and finding alternative solutions for customers in order to minimise debts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Empathetically engage with customers to understand their situations

- Utilize effective questioning and listening skills to address arrears

- Manage financial support throughout the customer journey

- Negotiate sustainable payment arrangements with customers

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

- Support the development of team members as a coach and role model

The ideal Candidate will have experience dealing with Mortgage collections ideally within Financial Services
