IT Support Technician

If you possess 12-18 months experience in Desktop and/or Server support, and would like to join our team of engineers then LETS TALK!

We are seeking knowledge across a combination of some of the following skills:-

• Familiar with Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Windows 10/11, Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on knowledge of server hardware, and RAID systems.
• Knowledge of IP Networking – TCP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, etc.
• Experience in managing and supporting backup systems, restoration, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Specific knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and cloud-based services.
• Excellent hardware/software/network troubleshooting skills.
