Winchester (3 days from home per week)

£25,000 to £32,000 with bonus + on-call allowance

IT Desktop Support Analyst required to join an expanding business that are hiring due to promoting their current team to more senior roles and due to recent success in acquiring new customers. They are looking to expand their IT Support team and bring in a Desktop Support Analyst to handle issues across both 1st & 2nd line for internal users.

The position offers scope for progression, training opportunities, an excellent company culture and a starting salary up to £32,000 based on experience with a bonus and on-call allowance taking the package up an additional £4,000 to £6,000 per annum.

Skill Requirements

• Active Directory
• Windows Server
• Windows 10
• Office 365 support

Nice to have’s

• Exposure to network support
• Azure knowledge (commercial or through online courses)

The company are working to a hybrid approach so you will be in the office twice a week and from home the rest.
