What you will be doing

The successful candidate has the opportunity to join a newly formed start-up from day 1. You will be working closely with entrepreneurs who have built successful companies previously.

You will be responsible for all the Marketing, Market-Intellegence and Administration. You will be an integral part of the growth to Subifi.

The role will offer the successful candidate to get involved in all aspects of a growing App-development / recruitment company. Duties will include, but limited to:

• Full end-to-end marketing campaigns, including paid ads.
• Supporting with SEO and website development.
• General ad-hoc duties, this will include but not limited to, writing of: CV’s, job adverts, offer letters.
• You will also be responsible for: securing market intelligence data, working with candidates and clients to ensure successful onboarding of the app, dispute resolutions.

You will have a passion for marketing and people and enjoy helping others. You will have strong interpersonal skills, both in person and written, you will have exceptional phone manner. Willingness to learn and determination to develop will also be key in your success. Having any sales or marketing experience is a huge benefit but not essential.

This role would suit a driven individual who could currently be studying looking to gain some real-life work experience. Whilst joining a fast-growing start-up.
