Carpenter Multi required - domestic property repairs.
Brief overview of Responsibilities:

• Undertaking response maintenance repairs in properties across theRingwood / Andover area area.
• This will include plumb in sink/wash hand basin/bath/WC, all tiling, lock changes, all carpentry and joinery, kitchen & bathroom fit, maintenance of sanitary ware, patch plastering and decoration works.

Requirements:

• Time Served/NVQ qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
• Full tool set
• Full driving licence due to a company van being provided
