We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the brigade to deliver amazing quality 2 AA Rosette standard dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. As Chef de Partie, you will be supporting an award winning Head Chef to prepare seasonal modern dishes with an Italian influence, alongside British classics.

• A competitive salary of £29,000 + £4,200 service charge + tips and retention bonuses
• Package of £34,000 minimum

The Person
The Chef de Partie will have:

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food environment, ideally at 2 AA Rosette level
• A real passion for food and creating amazing dishes
• Dedication, motivation and positivity
• Flexibility to cover shifts as required
• As the hotel is located on the outskirts of Weybridge, having your own reliable transport is essential
