We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef De partie to work in the kitchen at this luxury 4 star hotel in near Guildford. Reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef you will support the team in the kitchen brigade which is made up of 8 chefs and 4 kitchen porters.

The Person
The ideal Chef De Partie will have the following:

• Experience of working in a quality hotel restaurant to 2 rosette standards
• Chef de partie experience preferable.
• Passion to learn and progress as a chef in a professional kitchen
• Live locally or have the ability to relocate to the area with own transportation.
• Good work ethic
