An excellent opportunity available for a suitably qualified social worker to help drive excellent practice across Lincolnshire County Council.



About The Role



A key responsibility of the role is to coordinate and lead on Practice Improvement and on the delivery of Excellent Social Care Practice across Adult Care and partner organisations.



You will drive improved practice and workforce development including strength-based practice.



You will work with the Lead Professional and Principal Social Worker to advise and provide support to colleagues in the delivery of social care practice. Supporting the Directorate and wider Council to be well placed for new legislative requirements.



Delivering practice improvement across the Adult Social Care and Community Wellbeing Directorate, a key responsibility is as a role model, providing effective leadership for all areas of practice and system leadership to over 600 practitioners and leaders.



Practice Leads for Improvement provide a vital link between front line Adult Care practice and organisational / operational development, promoting a culture of continuous improvement in the quality of practice and operational integrity. You will be responsible for design, delivery and evaluation of practice development and delivery model initiatives, ensuring that all adult care practitioners are equipped with the right knowledge, skills and understanding to continually deliver effective practice and demonstrable high standards.



About You



You will need to be a qualified Social Worker with a current registration. Your experience will be extensive in line with requirement to advise an liaise with ease across the organisation on current and new Social Work practice.
