Annual Salary of £33,181.65

Day to Day Duties
- To be the first point of contact for the Transport Administrators and driving staff.
- To complete all requested report data fully, accurately and in a timely manner.
- To oversee,review and conduct HR and incident investigations.
- To report any incidents to the Transport Manager.
- To conduct 1-2-1's with direct reports.
- To positively challenge existing processes.
- Ensure drivers are following both EU and WTD hours and pass on any relevant information regarding these.
- To ensure they stay up to date with any legislation changes.
- To maintain a compliant H&S environment and challenge any misuse of equipment or non-compliance
- To ensure investigations , both incident and HR, are carried out to the required standard and within a suitable timetable, producing supporting documentation and implementing proactively corrective actions plans
Essential Skills
- Previous experience of working within transport industry
Desirable Experience
- Proven experience in customer relationship management.
- Have managed financial budgets and annual Profit and Loss responsibility.
- Hold international or national CPC qualification and previous Transport Management experience.
