Key Stage 2 Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team at Flourish Education. As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will enjoy the flexibility that day-to-day supply offers, allowing you to work when and where you want.

Job Role:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all students in Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and record student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the Primary School community.
• Fulfil the responsibilities of a Class Teacher, including parent communication and attending meetings.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Early Career Teacher (ECT) are encouraged to apply.
• Experience as a Key Stage 2 Teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a Supply Teacher, adapting to various classroom settings.
