Civils Foreman

A prestigious leading civil engineering contractor are looking to on-board skilled Civils Foreman to join their progressive team in Taunton. Your role involves ensuring construction operations comply with safety standards, managing project timelines, and maintaining accurate records. If you have a construction-related HNC/NVQ, experience in civils and environmental work, and hold CSCS and SSSTS qualifications, get in touch immediately.

Foreman;

• Site supervision.
• Liaising with the Construction Manager and delivery teams regarding construction activities and ensuring sub-contractors carry out their responsibilities
• Managing and putting labour to work.
• Record keeping.
• Quality checks.
• Managing health and safety compliance.
• Reporting to project manager.
• Liaising with subcontractors and client.

Foreman requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS card
• SMSTS/SSSTS.
• First aid.
• Safety critical medical.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous Civils and Environmental Experience including Earthworks, Concrete works and drainage works
