Job Description

Welcome, assist and direct visitors properly Answer phone call, direct them to the right person and take messages. Address customer complaints and questions about the companys services and direct them to the necessary person. Receive packages delivered for the company or an employee Sign out conference rooms to employees for meetings and arrange online meetings. When needed to have refreshments arranged for meetings, trainings ect. Filing and organizing documents like emails and other administrative records. Ensure that reception and office environs are cleaned appropriately Provides administrative support to other departments, including management and sales. Assist with internal sales quotes to clients and manage sales queries. Personal assistant to director and sales Assist with client communication. Monitor opening and closing of main gate. The person will be trained in time to assist with internal sales. Addressing only internal calls and quoting accordingly. Matric Reception experience Excellent communication skills, good customer service ability Ability to be trained into internal sales.
