Toner Calls: Check that the machine is on contract The Consumables controller must work out YNM on each toner. If YNM is correct Log all calls immediately and correctly on the system. Print the paperwork and pick the correct toner from the store room. Write/type a delivery schedule with all the toners to be delivered by the specific driver. Driver and Consumables Controller both sign that the correct toner was picked and checked. Put the call in progress on BC once the driver takes the toner to be delivered. Close the toner call once it was delivered and the client signed for the toner. Post off the toner calls at the end of each day. Put call on daily and update the daily after each call daily must be live. Toner Calls given through by Service controllers in Dealer area: Toner Calls given through by Service Controller must be logged and booked out of stock and then given to Courier Controller. Paper Calls: Log call for paper Print Tax invoice Write / Type a delivery schedule with the delivery details. Close the calls when delivered. Post off calls on a daily basis Drivers: Drivers need to be sent out to deliver toners and paper. The Consumables controller needs to manage the deliveries and know where the drivers are at all times The Consumables controller needs to send drivers to pick up stock Drivers need to take stock or other equipment to the other branches Daily planning to the drivers for the next day The Drivers must be managed by the Controller on Live 360 App and Watsapp Group. Stock & Stock Takes: Make sure that you have enough stock on hand to ensure service delivery. Make sure that the stock received from Suppliers corresponds with invoice or delivery note. Scan in the invoice and email Marie to book in the stock. Once Marie has given permission that stock is booked in put stock in the stock room. The Consumables Controller is responsible for the stock and any shortage of toner will be the responsibility of the Consumables Controller. All calls must be logged off before stock takes. Responsible for Toner labels and the neatness and organizing of the toner room Once Spares or Machines are collected report that the stock has arrived and give invoices and delivery notes to Spares Controller.
