PRODUCTION MANAGER This is the ideal opportunity to manage an established citrus production unit in a self-sufficient manner, but with the guidance of - and in collaboration with - a management team. Key responsibilities will focus on precision management of production related matters , including planning and organising the following production manpower infrastructure budgets administration. Important criteria for evaluating suitability: A tertiary qualification in agriculture together with at least 5 years of relevant and practical experience in citrus/fruit production proven management skills and potential outstanding leadership qualities and team-building abilities value professionalism and precision highly sound computer skills and an active interest in modern and technological farming practices.
