Business Analyst (Business Analysis & Power Bi)

Job Responsibilities: Business Analyst to work on C-Hub and other ABD applications as required Work with ABD India Application Support and Development team to address production issues and/or to perform regular BA support and QA testing on Applications Work with US ABD team to coordinate the on-going support and monthly release of C-Hub and other ABD Applications Create and maintain monthly reporting templates based on pre-established requirements from different business divisions Work with development team to tracks all testing and issues and identifies those for escalation. - Identify, mitigate, and report project risks Report status to management on project progress Coordinate with others in Business Support and Governance team to improve the processes Assess current documents and modules and offer improvements Constant communication with ABD leadership and Business Support team in US. Job Requirements: 2-5 years of experience as Business Analyst / Data Analytics in Banking Environment, Corporate & Investment Banking area and Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Tier 1/Tier 2 Institutes, MBA in Finance from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute -Full time not Executive MBA SQL, VBA (Macros scripting), Power BI programming skills Understand the data to assist higher management with Business Intelligence reporting and data driven decision making Banking or consultancy experience with extensive background in Microsoft Technologies, Project Management, QA and with SDLC Understanding of Basel III based Standard Risk and Advanced Risk modelling for corporate exposures Study functions of the system. Analyze and determine appropriate candidates for additional development considering both cost and level of needs Coordinate testing resource and facilitate the test. Monitor the progress of test and ensure the on-time completion Ability to understand system functions and logics, to mediate between IT and non IT users Must have solid communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively Demonstrated problem solving abilities, especially complex, ambiguous problems requiring integrated application Ability to work under strict timelines and strong communication skills Growth mindset.
