Job Description
Minimum Requirements: At least 5-10 years in a similar environment at a similar level preferably with golf estate experience. Proven management skills across all aspects of estate management, golf club operations and food and beverage operations. Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in business management or related field Duties will include: Directs and co-ordinates strategic activities on the estate Develop business plans Ensure day to day business affairs are monitored effectively Oversee the management and performance of all staff operations and services; assure high standards and total customer satisfaction Monthly Board Reporting to the Board of Directors Monthly reporting the Committee Chairpersons Develop and implement marketing strategies Ensure company financial stability and growth Financial control: supply Board / HOA Directors with budgetary requirements on an annual basis Cost control: effectively controls all operational expenses ensures that costs do not exceed budget Oversee implementation of estate rules Debtors management Human Resource Management including staff recruitment, training, performance appraisals, industrial relations Develops and/or revises standard operational and working practices Service Level Agreement / Service Provider Management Management of projects
