MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFGs global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific JobSummary: Responsible for supporting the Regional Monitoring function in evaluating operating effectiveness ofcontrols over Units adherence to regulations & Banks policies with regard to Core Regulatory (non-financialcrime) compliancetopics JobResponsibilities: Plan and execute monitoring reviews to evaluate operating effectiveness of controls over localunit's adherencetoregulations&bankspolicies regardingcoreregulatory(non-financialcrime)compliancetopics. Conductemployeesbroker accountreconciliationinconnectionwithPersonalAccount Dealing Conductreconciliationofemployee attestations&declarationsinconnectionwithOutsideBusiness Interests. Deployuseofdataanalytics and / or usertoolstoachieveefficienciesinmonitoringreviews Prepareissuereports,summarizingthefindings,rootcauseandproposeaction planstoremediatetheissue ConductvalidationofManagementActionPlansinconnectionwithreviewfindings Driveissuediscussionswithkeystakeholders. CollaboratewithrelevantstakeholdersacrosstheregionandgloballyapplicableonenhancementofMonitoringmethodologies. Maintain,design,refresh RegionalMonitoringScripts Identifyandescalate keyand/orsystemic risks/trends/redflags Tocloselyconsulteesrelevantsubject-matterexperts. Supportgeneralcomplianceactivitiesandother duties,includingspecial projectsasassigned. Qualifications: Bachelorsdegreeinanydiscipline. 10-13 years of Banking experience, with relevant 3-5 years of relevant experience in internalcontrol testing ProficientknowledgeofProcess,RiskandControls concepts Stronganalyticalskills tointerpretdataanddrawconclusions Proficiencyinissuewriting(i.e.articulateissues, rootcauses,andrecommendsolutions) Excellentinterpersonalskills anddealingwithexecutivesatalllevels Knowledgeinbankingproducts, APACbankingregulationscompliancesubjectsishighlydesirable Dataanalyticsskillsets(e.g.Alteryxandorother programmingknowledge)is highlydesirable Relevantcompliance/accountingcertificationsisdesirable
