Description:

United Recovery Project is seeking a professional, dedicated, and caring Primary Therapist to join our outstanding clinical staff. Job Duties:

· Therapist will be responsible for client caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy

· The Primary Therapist will conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments.

· The Primary Therapist will collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan.

· Therapist will assist in coordinating discharge planning.

· Therapist will provide structure, boundaries, and a warm and caring environment.

· The Primary Therapist has primary responsibility for maintaining communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed.

· Therapist will work as part of a team to provide exceptional client care.

· Therapist will promote a positive morale and maintain professional composure.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.


Requirements:


EDUCATION:

  • Master's Degree in social work, psychology or related human services field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Two years of work experience in a private substance abuse treatment setting.
  • One year of KIPU experience

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

  • Licensure and/or (Intern License) to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable, required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor and/or Certified Addiction Professional.

AGE SPECIFIC INDIVIDUALS SERVED/RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Adults
