About the Role Position Title: Analyst Corporate Title: Analyst Reporting to: Vice President Location: Bengaluru Job Profile Position details: To support the business administration and planning function of Global Markets Division for Asia(AGMD) in Hong Kong. To support the Governance, Self-Inspection, and regulatory reporting in AGMD. To streamline the workflow and reduce the unnecessary procedure to enhance the efficiency. To Identify, escalate, and remediate data quality issues. Resolution of queries from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a swift response andcompliance with the internal policy around the distribution of sensitive data. Roles and Responsibilities: Preparation of daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting and the supporting packs to facilitate seniormanagement review across Head office reporting. Conduct Self Inspection checks remotely for assigned items and processes for Global MarketsDivision on a timely basis. Support Operations units in all India by responding to issues and queries raised by units. Manage governance process and ensure compliance at across level. Look at cost reduction opportunities by automating and elimination. Responsible and support data submission to Hong Kong AGMD and to follow up the discrepancies ifthere is any. Job Requirements: Graduate and / or Post-Graduate. Proficient in written and spoken English. Strong communication skill and presentation Good financial markets knowledge, and Microsoft Office. Good knowledge of data analysis, operations system, policies, process, and workflows. Basic Understanding of Reporting procedures, MIS & Analytics
