Software Engineer - Mobile (iOS) (Founding Team)

Your Mission

As a Mobile Developer and member of our early team, you will play a crucial role in shaping Aonic's AI-driven medical system. You will be at the forefront of developing innovative technology that leverages AI to help people in America live healthier and happier lives.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead Mobile Development: Collaborate with our product and medical teams to develop and refine our mobile applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and user satisfaction.
• Innovate and Implement Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient mobile software solutions. Drive the development of new features and functionalities for our health app.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with different departments, from Medical Science to User Growth, to build solutions that enable our customers to meet their health goals.
• Maintain High Standards: Ensure the quality, security, and performance of our mobile applications. Stay updated with the latest advancements in mobile development and integrate them into our product.
• Communicate Effectively: Manage key communications across and outside the company, from internal updates to customer feedback. Engage with users to understand their needs and ensure our product meets their expectations.

Your Profile

Technical Skills:

• Data Analysis and Visualization: Proficiency in using tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Excel to analyze complex datasets and visualize insights that drive product decisions.
• A/B Testing and Experimentation: Expertise in designing and analyzing A/B tests and other experimental methods to measure the impact of product changes and iterate based on data-driven results.
• Proficiency in iOS Development: Expertise in Swift and experience with Xcode and the iOS SDK.
• Strong Software Engineering Fundamentals: Ability to reason systematically about problems and implement effective solutions in software.
• Experience with Backend Integration: Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL. Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Firebase, or Azure.
• General System Design: Deep understanding of the system design for mobile devices.
• Knowledge of AI/ML: Basic understanding of integrating AI/ML models within the app and how to interface with LLMs.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and GitHub.
• Familiarity with HealthKit (Bonus): Understanding of HealthKit integration and related APIs. Experience in developing apps that interact with Apple Health.
