We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities - Respond to incoming calls for emergency and non-emergency assistance and assess the situation to determine the appropriate response. - Dispatch emergency services, such as police, fire, and ambulances, to the incident location as needed. - Prioritize calls according to urgency and required response. - Provide clear and accurate information to emergency responders to ensure they have all the necessary details before arriving on the scene. - Coordinate with multiple agencies and units to ensure the appropriate resources are deployed efficiently. - Monitor and track the status of dispatched units and provide them with additional support and information as needed. - Maintain detailed records of calls, dispatches, and responses for reporting and analysis purposes. - Utilize computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems to input, update, and retrieve information about calls and dispatch activities. - Keep up-to-date with the geography and road conditions of the area to provide accurate directions and support to responding units. - Manage radio communications effectively and follow established protocols. - Provide pre-arrival instructions or advice to callers as required. - Perform routine checks on emergency communication equipment to ensure it is functioning properly. - Stay informed about changes in policies, procedures, and regulations affecting dispatch operations. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain dispatch certification and improve skills. - Collabor

Job Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a security-related field - Proficiency in the use of security dispatch software and radio communication equipment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment - Strong attention to detail and observational skills - Ability to remain calm and make decisions under stress - Knowledge of emergency response procedures and protocols - Availability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening - Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with CCTV operation and monitoring - First Aid and CPR certification preferred - Strong geographical knowledge of the facility and surrounding area - Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time - Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision - Bilingual abilities are a plus




Qualifications:Be at least 18 years of age.

Be a citizen of the United States or a Resident Alien.

Be of good moral character and temperate habits.

Any of the following within the last five years will be considered evidence that the applicant does not have good moral character or habits:

-Conviction by any local, state, Federal, or military court of any crime involving the illegal use, carrying, or possession of a firearm;

-Conviction of any crime involving the illegal use, possession, sale, manufacture, distribution, or transportation of a controlled substance, drug, narcotic, or alcoholic beverage;

-Conviction of a crime involving felonious (felony) assault or an act of violence;

-Conviction of a crime involving unlawful breaking and/or entering, burglary, larceny, or an offense involving moral turpitude;

-A history of addiction to alcohol or a narcotic drug;

-An applicant cannot have been declared incompetent, by any court having jurisdiction,by reason of mental disease or defect; or have been involuntarily committed to an institution for treatment of mental disease or defect by a District Court Judge;

-No prior revocation of Security Registration or License.
