Job Description

Position Overview:

The Identity and Access Management Administrator is responsible for the technical aspects of implementing IAM best practices. IAM administrator will manage a wide range of access tasks, including system development, implementation, and configuration, policy development, IT administration, access provisioning, de-provisioning, and monitoring, registering new users, and other related tasks.

  • Assist in assuring both internal and external program integrity by being alert to and reporting suspected instances of provider and employee fraud, waste or abuse.

Essential Functions:

  • IAM Architecture including design, development, and support experience involving identity and access management IAM solutions
  • Identity Access Management (AM) including installation, configuration, and maintenance responsibilities
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
  • Experience working with IAM, Account Management, Entitlement and Certifications.
  • Experience working with Role-Based Access Control and IAM Policies.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or combination of technical school education, training, certifications and experience
  • License/Certification: One of more of GIAC, CISSP, HCISSP, CEH or other advanced security certifications, preferred
  • Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible experience in a technical position, including at least 3 years Identity and Access Management experience; Experience in an insurance, healthcare, or state/local government environment strongly preferred

Skills:

  • Familiar with workforce authentication architecture, collects end-user requirements, and define use cases
  • Provide subject matter expert (SME) recommendations to improve architecture and design of IAM platform
  • Design multi-factor authentication (MFA) use cases for workforce & related to customer identity and access management (CIAM)
  • Provide support for all design, implementation, and maintenance activities related to Identity Access Management (IAM).
  • Develop and maintain user onboarding workflows and provisioning.
  • Develop and maintain access certifications.
  • Support onboarding of application and platform users.
  • Provide IAM support to end users.
  • Monitor IAM platform components and resource.

Work Conditions (including travel, overtime required, physical requirements and occupational exposure):

  • Requires on-call and on-site off hours support during overnight hours, weekends and holidays to ensure 24/7 operations.
  • Regularly requires walking, standing, stooping, bending, sitting, reaching, pushing, pulling and/or repetitive wrist/hand movements for various lengths of time throughout the day.
  • Ability to utilize computers and office equipment to complete daily work responsibilities.
  • Regularly works inside in areas that are adequately lighted and ventilated. Some fluctuation in temperature. No protective equipment routinely needed.
  • Must be able to adapt to continuous changes/demands of the job.

Philadelphia Residency Requirement:

  • The successful candidate must be a current Philadelphia resident or become a resident within six months of hire.
