BANKING SOLICITOR, AT LEAST 1 YEAR PQE, MANCHESTER, TO C£70,000, An exciting opportunity to join an expanding team within an award winning national law firm JOB REF: 6258

• Joining an expanding banking team, you will be responsible for a variety of legal work including corporate banking, asset based lending, leveraged finance, real estate finance, government finance and debt capital market transactions

• Your client base will be made up of banks, lenders, funds and corporate institutions.

• You will also be working closely with the corporate and real estate teams on financing aspects of their deals.

• Applications are sought from Solicitors with at least 12 months PQE in the banking and finance sector.

• You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate a good commercial acumen to others.

• You will also have good negotiation skills and the ability to think on your feet and deploy knowledge in changing situations.
