Job Description

Our client is an international services company with offices located in Auderghem, Brussels. Functieomschrijving The executive assistant will provide administrative and organisational support to the MD Europe: organise travel and accommodation manage schedule, calendar and rescheduling requirements manage the email inbox production of monthly reports compile monthly expenses arrange and attend senior leadership and other meetings, take minutes/actions and distribute to all attendees coordinate and distribute papers in advance of meetings back-up for the office manager Profiel similar experience as EA in an international and fast-paced environment English working language. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus. flexible and can-do attitude excellent time-management skills ability to work independently Aanbod Mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken: 1 dagen full-time role, 4/5th negotiable 1 day home working starting asap, for minimum 3 months office well-connected to public transportation
