Our client is a rapidly growing global QSR chain based in NYC. This Global QSR specializing in Coffee and Specialty Sandwiches has about 350+ locations globally with approximately 65 retail location in the US. Due to growth and expansion in the US, they are seeking to hire a QSR SALES BUSINESS MANAGER to help grow and drive growth and expansion of the QSR in the US
Based in SOHO, NY, the Sales Business Manager, will play a pivotal role in setting and achieving sales targets, fostering a high-performance team environment, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities will include strategizing sales initiatives, coaching your team, and collaborating with marketing to optimize product displays.

RESPONSEBILITIES
Set sales targets for goals, and quotas for the QSR sales team, in alignment with overall store and company objectives.
Implement company sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports for the management team.
Lead by example by actively engaging in sales activities and providing guidance to the team.
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development to enhance the team's selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
Foster a positive and motivated work environment to encourage high-performance and teamwork.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining a welcoming and attentive store atmosphere.
Train and mentor, the sales team on effective customer engagement and relationship-building techniques.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product displays for increased sales.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to create an appealing and organized store environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least a BA/BS degree
Must have at least 5 years’ experience working for a large multi-unit restaurant chain, (QSR) Quick Service Restaurant or for a large Franchisee
Must have experience working with restaurants or QSR
Must be able to work out of the corporate office located in SOHO – NYC
Must be motivated and have above average communication and team building skills
