Construction Controller Opportunity!

Chico-based construction client is seeking a direct-hire Controller to manage the accounting operations of the company. This is a fully on-site position. For further information regarding this opening, please attach your resume. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Oversee all accounting operations and manage the accounting department of the company 

• Ensure financial reporting is accurate 

• Provide support in establishing and monitoring the annual budget 

• Manage all job costing and WIP reporting

• Accurately manage cash flow and provide assistance with forecasting as needed 

• Other duties as needed 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance or related field 

• Prior experience working in the Construction industry required 

• Experience using Sage 300 software is a plus 

• Prior experience in management required 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

• Experience using Excel (mid to high-level)
