ProCare Therapy is collaborating with a well-regarded school district in Brockton, MA, to hire a skilled BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) for the upcoming academic year. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct detailed behavioral assessments and design tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Utilize evidence-based methods to support students' academic, behavioral, and social development. Work alongside educators, parents, and specialists to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor student progress, assess the effectiveness of interventions, and modify strategies as necessary. Provide training and guidance to staff on behavior management techniques and best practices.
