Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging music lessons to students across KS3, KS4, and KS5. Inspire and motivate students to develop their musical skills and appreciation. Prepare students for music exams and performances. Organize and lead extracurricular music activities, such as choirs, bands, and school productions. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the music curriculum and school events. We are looking for someone who: Holds a relevant teaching qualification and has experience teaching music at the secondary level. Has excellent subject knowledge and a passion for music education. Possesses strong classroom management skills. Is creative, enthusiastic, and able to inspire students. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
