Production Supervisor

Xpert Resourcing are seeking a hands on and experienced person to be responsible for all aspects of the production team based close to Wisbech. You will ideally have experience of working within the welding / fabrication industry and be used to overseeing staff and managing teams. Duties will include: Manage the team of welder / fabricators. Oversee production to make sure work is produced to a high standard. Strong skills in planning management, ensuring production is planned and delivered on time. Utilising inventory management systems to ensure stock is where is needs to be, when it needs to be there in order to maximise production. Train and supervise staff helping to create a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Experience / skills required: Proven experience in welding / fabricating Strong team management experience. Excellent time management and organisational skills Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
