As a Packing Operative with us, your role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Processing Orders: Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders, ensuring timely delivery. - Managing Stock: Receiving deliveries, conducting inventory audits, and organizing stock for easy access. - Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping our warehouse space organized and ensuring safe handling of inventory and equipment. To excel in this position, you should possess: - Proficiency in IT tools such as ERP systems, Excel, and email communication. - Familiarity with handheld barcode or QR code scanners for efficient operations. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to task accuracy. - Physical fitness to handle tasks like unloading pallets. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. - A proactive approach to teamwork with exceptional problem-solving skills.
