Estimator (Construction) Stoke-on-Trent £40,000-£50,000 25 Days Holiday Progression Company Benefits Mon-Fri Are you an Estimator or similar, with a background in Construction looking for a varied, critical role where you will have the autonomy to oversee end-to-end Commercial projects with a varied client base based around Stoke, in a role offering a bonus where you will work closely with the Directorship team? This company has been established for about 15 years and has grown to nearly 100 permanent employees, providing construction and refurbishment solutions to a range of clients, including Schools, local authorities, housing, hospitals and other commercial projects. Now they are looking to expand their team with a Quantity Surveyor. In this varied role, you would be responsible for costing and scheduling projects, obtaining quotes for materials and labour and all tendering. You will be working closely with the Construction team, to ensure smooth project delivery with site visits each week to facilitate this. This varied, critical role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. This role would suit an Estimator or similar, with a background in construction looking for an autonomous and varied role, where you will take responsibility for overall projects based in their Stoke office. The Role: Responsibility for end-to-end projects. Pricing projects, procurement of materials and subcontractors, and tendering. Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.
