Personal Assistant to the Principal – Secondary School in Nottingham Are you an experienced PA looking for a rewarding role in an education setting? A thriving and dynamic secondary school in Nottingham is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to the Principal for a long-term placement of 4-6 months, with an immediate start. About the Role As the PA to the Principal, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the school’s leadership team. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires a highly organised and proactive individual with previous experience in a similar position, ideally within a school environment. Contract Length: 4-6 months (long-term placement) Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm (flexibility required, with potential to work until 6:00pm once a week) Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities Providing high-level administrative support to the Principal Managing the Principal’s diary, scheduling meetings and appointments Minute-taking during key meetings Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion Liaising with staff, parents, governors, and external stakeholders Supporting with event coordination and school communications About You To be successful in this role, you will need: ✅ Previous experience as a PA (school experience highly desirable) ✅ Strong organisational and communication skills ✅ Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Publisher ✅ A flexible approach to working hours and the ability to adapt to the needs of the Principal Why Join Us?
